Shipping Policy

Shipping from 1 to 4 business days.

The shipping cost may vary depending on the volumetric weight of the product (the actual cost of each item will be reflected in the shopping cart).

All shipments are 100% insured against damage, theft or loss, at no cost to our customer. 

Important Notice: In order for the insurance to be valid, we remind you to verify your package when receiving it, validating the following data:

Packaging of the product in good condition.

Seals and packaging without deterioration.

Verify that the guide number received matches your order and sign as received.

In case that any of the above conditions DOES NOT match, the customer must reject the package and notify within 24 hours after a representative of QIAN on our website or by email info@qian.es, informing about the conditions and situation of the shipment to apply the corresponding insurance or guarantee according to our policies. Once signed accordingly the delivery QIAN will close it and no subsequent claims will be accepted.
